Leadership will blatantly lie in regards to how much the "Ai" named Natasha, can actually do. Leadership does NOT take feedback from employees well, prepare to be fired/reprimanded if you do speak up. The sales team experienced 100% turnover in under a year, the Product Delivery (called Productologists, which is weird) team was also stretched SO thin that it was almost impossible to get them on active deal calls...mind you, they were essentially your Sales Engineers, post sale Project Managers AND Support.
During the interview, they said they'd worked with large brands which is completely false. The onboarding for sales is beating a sales deck into you with a ton of lies within the deck like "near 0% failure rate" and "95% of projects delivered on time" -- they have a near 100% failure rate and about 5% delivery rate.
I would RUN from this company. Any investors (Microsoft, Insight, etc) should reevaluate the company, what they say they deliver and how they're actually delivering it. It seems like funding is basically used on personal perks for leadership.
