What does a typical sales cycle look like in your role at Builder.ai? Are you finding it increasingly challenging or becoming more efficient in closing deals?

It varies per person, in my experience it can take anywhere from two to three months and is usually seen across the board for US businesses. I have been at Builder for a couple years, and have seen large sales pipeline, its one thing to speak to potential customers and another to be able to close it. Our team faces from a leadership perspective incompetence, primarily we are a operational business, as app building is what we are selling, and the way that we do that is not as we depict in our sales pitches because we claim to be a fully automated AI app building SaaS company, and we are just another Indian app building sweatshop with a really good marketing and sales team which is somehow able to bring in new customers for us to speak to and close. We have seen high churn rates among our team because of the operational aspect of the business, and employee morale is low, no ethical person would work here for too long, max we see is 1-2 years unless you are in the gutters and ignorant to the operations and confident in selling smoke in mirrors. It has become easier to close deals but even harder to deliver on the closed deals, therefore most reps are comfortable only earning base pay without OTE pay. I can see myself leaving soon, just search "founder ceo builder.ai fraud" on google so you can see.

Sales cycle depends 3 Months would be good average. Definitely challenging because of the current market. Competition etc
