Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Comp plan has changed 3 times in the small amount of time I have worked here. AEs are expected to do both SDR and now the onboarding teams work. Base is far below market expectations, and you're selling into a lead pool that has been slammed for 10 years straight, who have minimal budget. You'll likely be well prepared for a future role a better company though. Run away.
