Great Place to learn, a horrible place to grow. Quota means nothing. No one achieves their quota. Leadership is distant and disfunctional. No mentorship. Everyone is stressed. No one knows what they are talking about. Tribalism exists here; cliques keep to themselves and demonstrate vanity. Management is horrible at making decisions like cutting low performers that rot high-performance and collaborative culture.
