Great culture. At times the sales function could be more aggressive, but the trade off with empathetic leadership as well as an abundance of sales tools and service support more than made up for it.

Braze has a great tech stack, however, it's very challenging to disrupt Adobe and Salesforce. In addition, Braze spends more time being caught up in contracts, legal and finance rather than working aggressively to build a strong sales pipeline.
