Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee After being at Brandwatch for 3 years different mergers and turnover in leadership has changed the company drastically. The Consumer Research Platform previously was best in class and the sales process was strategic and employees were measured on their commitment to the business.
In the last year this has changed leadership is solely number driven and threatens performance plans as means to termination, quotas are very high despite inbound leads dropping in quality and volume. Leadership is aware but doesn't seem to steady the ship or set realistic expectations and blame falls on the end seller. Browse Other Reviews
