Started out super promising and I've gotten tons of experience and growth here. However, due to massive org hires in late 2021, leadership culture was severely affected for 2022. Thankfully, most of the poor leadership hires were fired by EOY 2022, after they essentially drove the company into the ground. I'd say the company is recovering, but now has the problem of spreading reps too thin, assigning multiple roles to anyone with promise and taking away from their ability to sell. Time will tell if they will be able to turn it back around.

Very poor executive leadership. 3 large layoffs within a year and a half. Many people with big titles lack the skills and experience to warrant the title. Little to no guidance or support for leadership.

Pro: Booster offers value and they have a good fit in the marketplace they sell services to. Con: Weak leadership team that has no real understanding of business or clear direction forward.
