Good product and strong market fit. Was market leader but too slow to innovate and invest saw competition quickly catch up and overtake. Company has gone downhill rapidly since PE bought them. Culture is toxic and leadership care nothing for their employees. You are just a number. Constant silent layoffs and really poor severance packages. Avoid this place at all costs

Mismanagement by the ELT and Board is rampant since the divestiture from Dell. Francisco Partners and the board have failed to approve an achievable AOP in 18 months. 5 CMO's and 5 CFO's in 5 years.
