Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience has been less than ideal. The tech stack has been broken for a long time. The company came together after merging 5 entities and acquired 1 more in the last 6 months. So it's run as "One Bonterra" but is more like a bootstrapped org that is venture capitalist backed. A lot of the other teams I've communicated with across the company are overworked and have little to no support which mean a lot of individuals are forced to work outside of their work units and have expressed working 60+ hour weeks. Billing, accounting, support and AE IB team are all short staffed. We have shifted 3 different salesforces accounts so the salesforce data migration process has been so messy trying to merge 5+ different Salesforces into 1. FYI still operating out of multiple salesforces. The tech stack is not configured properly. Managers aren't actively trying to help and train their team. I've had 6 managers in 16 months and always played second fiddle to the NPO fundraising and engagement team. Managers favored activity over results. Would not recommend working for this company.
