My experience at BlueGrace Logistics was fraught with ethical challenges. The work environment, plagued by nepotism and racial discrimination, starkly contrasted with their public image. Leadership practices often lacked transparency and fairness, particularly during COVID-19, when over 50% of dedicated staff, including top performers, were dismissed, undermining loyalty and morale. This approach, coupled with a seemingly excessive litigiousness, raises serious concerns about the company’s core values and operational integrity. Great place to start off a sales career. You are able to master the basics of selling- cold calling emails and prospecting. Moving up within the organization however is difficult without having further outside experience in logistics/sales.
