When the first CRO they started with 8% commission but have then dropped us down to 3%. Trying to grow through hiring sales people. They’ve grown it from 8 sales people to over 30 so the territories are micro small. The Microsoft offering is very strong but product has lost its direction. The sales plan is 5m annually.
