My role in the channel has been a unique one as I was the first "Channel development Rep" hired at the company, so there were a lot of changes in my tenure. Fantastic team, culture, and competitive pay for other channel roles in Canada. My complaint would be that sometimes leadership makes changes too fast without consulting it's sellers, and does not consider the day-to-day implications.
