Great company many years ago. The company has lost its way and it's likely due to another round of investors and ELT hires. Bloomerang has a great product market fit for small to medium nonprofits. There's increased pressure to move up market to enterprise organizations but the product is lacking basic functionality for those groups. Sales is under the most pressure in years due to poor budget planning and unattainable numbers. Tough time to join the company.

This role is a newer one, so only a handful of us. We each support a particular part of the business and are “experts” in the products we support.
