The best part of this company was my fellow sales colleagues, who are incredibly kind, smart, and hardworking. The quota is absolutely not easy to hit with avg deal size and product fit (14% of enterprise corporate AE's actually hit quota in 2023.) INDG is a good company to start your sales career at as they pay well and they do invest in professional development/training. However, internal policies/procedures are very complicated and there is a lot of turnover so the seasoned employees end up doing everything.
