Poor leadership, zero enablement/training, no inbound lead gen, product and sales are completely siloed. Essentially on an island to sink or swim. Product is a nice to have that's overpriced compared to competition with little differentiation other than "better data" which is subjective.

Leadership is well intended but more transactionally focused as opposed to strategically focused. This is probably due to the nature of the core business (cybersecurity ratings).
