Pretty solid company, but management is making changes to personnel and comp structure by the sound of it. There’s a fair amount of issues with the tech, and a lot of growing pains related to several recent acquisitions. Fantastic people and may be a good fit for a seasoned professional but probably not great for an entry level account rep.

Very positive from a culture and potential earnings perspective. Main sales challenge is that our products are not 'must have' in the same way a PMS or DMS is. Also behind the curve on AI within our product set.

Very good company. The tech needs work, and they need to formalize training and development, but the people and culture are amazing.
