Even though market conditions make selling difficult and inbound leads are virtually nonexistent, the product is interesting and the prospects are enjoyable to work with. Within just a few months, however, reality sets in. You will get no leads, opportunities are limited, the product is overpriced and underperforms, and no one actually hits goal or achieves OTE. The commission plan was also restructured in a way that penalizes sellers. Constant turnover in leadership and management. CEO is a villain. Micromanagement, but with zero learning and development.
