Strong company that operates more similar to a series C org of a few hundred vs nearly 1k employees. Prepare to be inventive, figure things out, and only use what’s useful (marketing, messaging, etc - lots of noise). Always high uncertainty. People are really really strong, culture of helping each other. Some good line managers, some quite bad. Senior leadership/CEO dynamic not the best. Know you are joining a startup folks!

Be prepared for things to change every year, quarter (+more) when it comes to manager, quota, commission, strategy, etc. It's not for everyone.
