Amazing people but the senior leadership is horrible. It doesn’t have the skills need to grow the business. They claim to care about their employees, but they don’t.

Strong company that operates more similar to a series C org of a few hundred vs nearly 1k employees. Prepare to be inventive, figure things out, and only use what’s useful (marketing, messaging, etc - lots of noise). Always high uncertainty.
