Back to ReviewsFormer Employee SDR/BDR program here is exceptional. They train you to have strong foundation in sales that I continue to use in my tech sales career. That being said, since you get trained to do more, you are getting paid less than for the job that you're doing. Qualification and disco calls here are done by BDRs where in most companies, these conversations would be held by an AE.
It's a shame that there is no upward mobility to a closing role, which is in part because of the market, but also internally there is an attitude that internal promotions from BDR to sales isn't as qualified as external hires. Come here if you're looking to learn out of college or looking to switch to tech sales, you will learn a lot.
