Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Bench used to be this scrappy start up that genuinely cared for its employees and customers. The problem was that it had always been unprofitable - for 12 years. And so, there's been an overhaul in top management (ie., new CEO, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing). The company's goal these last year and a half has been profitability. With this huge focus on profitability, so much of Bench's culture has changed. If you're looking to join, just be ready for a more rigid structure. Scripts for your calls. Documents for you to fill out every EOD (even though your activity is already tracked on SF and SL). And so many meetings. IMO it's still a good company but sooooo many of the people who made it an incredible place to work for before, are now gone.
