“Inside sales representative” job title is misleading. It is an hourly position with no commission or sales goals. With good performance you can be promoted to an account manager which is salary+commission or go into outside sales.

Overall it’s a great company. Good Benefits good company culture. If you get a roll make sure you’re consuming somewhat of a book of business. Starting from scratch in the industry due to sales cycles of getting a customer fully onboard could be years before you make 6 figures based on commission structure.
