Overall it’s a great company. Good Benefits good company culture. If you get a roll make sure you’re consuming somewhat of a book of business. Starting from scratch in the industry due to sales cycles of getting a customer fully onboard could be years before you make 6 figures based on commission structure. If you get a good book of business you could potentially see 6 figures year 1.

Overall the company is a great company to work for a lot of your experience will depend on what market you’re in. Branch managers and area sales managers can make your job a lot easier or a lot harder. They are very lenient on expenses and will let you take care of your customers without a blink of an eye.
