My experience at Beacon Hill was worthwhile but the incentives and training was below par. I enjoyed working with my team and manager who supported me during my tenure but due to high turnover in the staffing industry I moved professions. I highly recommend the company provide more training and professional development as a recruiter.

My overall experience was positive, but I left because I couldn’t see myself in the environment long term. I was given unrealistic expectations with a varying staffing market. The services I sold, in my opinion, were not needed as much as I assumed they were when I started!
