My overall experience was positive, but I left because I couldn’t see myself in the environment long term. I was given unrealistic expectations with a varying staffing market. The services I sold, in my opinion, were not needed as much as I assumed they were when I started!

Good company, they just underpay, which is demotivating. They should pay 10-25% more for base salaries
