My overall experience was positive, but I left because I couldn’t see myself in the environment long term. I was given unrealistic expectations with a varying staffing market. The services I sold, in my opinion, were not needed as much as I assumed they were when I started!

Worst job I have ever had. It was a newer office and the manager was horrible. Rotating door of internal staff, I’m not sure one person lasted more than a year besides the manager. This place was the definition of toxic positivity. The base pay was nice. Otherwise, I regret every second of my life that I wasted in this office.

My experience at Beacon Hill was worthwhile but the incentives and training was below par. I enjoyed working with my team and manager who supported me during my tenure but due to high turnover in the staffing industry I moved professions. I highly recommend the company provide more training and professional development as a recruiter.
