My overall experience has been great culture, leadership, flexiblity, benefits, etc. but low base compensation, no upwards mobility, poor raises for loyal 5+ year employees, unrealistic goals, constant pivots in g2market strategies, always changing account lists, no inbound leads, poor product market fit which leads to the constant pivots, slow product changes, smoke and mirrors.

Lack of brand equity despite tenure of organization leads to AEs doing CDA work while managing growth/attrition. No limit to size of wins based on incredible service team and unique tech, but be prepared to hunt for them.

Culture was great but they didn't do a good job of promoting internally or building skills that could be used to grow into a full-time sales position.
