My overall experience has been great culture, leadership, flexiblity, benefits, etc. but low base compensation, no upwards mobility, poor raises for loyal 5+ year employees, unrealistic goals, constant pivots in g2market strategies, always changing account lists, no inbound leads, poor product market fit which leads to the constant pivots, slow product changes, smoke and mirrors.

Overall the space has become somewhat commoditized with several players selling similar solutions into the same market which makes differentiation and getting meetings very difficult.

Great culture with strong leadership. Positives include uncapped commissions and collaborative sales & support teams. Challenges include the product not being recognized as a market leader and a high volume of competitors.
