Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee BambooHR is a great company that is well-positioned for growth and job security even through economic downturn. There’s lots of other sales positions out there that appear sexy on paper but once you get in, they are extremely volatile, promises aren’t kept, expectations aren’t met, and it ends up being a poor experience. Salesmen this year especially know what I’m talking about.
At BambooHR I’ve never had to worry about if I’m being paid properly, or if the company is going to make changes that negatively impact the salesforce due to the economy. It is a freight train that keeps moving forward.
