A complete lack of transparency from leadership, management. Sales are effectively split between vendors or taken from the vendors. Would fail any standard diversity requirements for a large organization. Ethical challenges are apparent everywhere. If you need training good luck. Lack of ownership.

Churn and burn. They should take better care of their clients to ensure more repeat business. Many reps lied about interest rates, quoting "simple" interest rate instead of APR.
