Brutal, call center-esque. Do not recommend IF you have other options. If you dont have another option, rock it until you find a better opportunity. First 3 months you are considered a contract employee with zero benefits and you are NOT eligible for commission until you "graduate" which requires you to hit an extraordinarily high benchmark.

My overall experience with BHG has been positive. I would say my overall experience was good. The opportunity to make great income is there, but the confusion in management, restructuring, and working out of two CRMs made it unbearable.
