Avaya is going through a digital transformation that is progressing. If you are looking for an immediate impact company, I don’t recommend. If you see yourself there for the long haul, maybe worth it. Right now it’s not

My overall experience is that Avaya lack of Company Culture, but from a Sales perspective the worst is poor enablement and go to market motion.

No solid leadership and direction. Its a revolving door of leaders and always has been. No one stays long enough or has the leadership skills to establish change
