During my first 2 years the incentive compensation was the best out of competition. But later due to management changes it was completely wiped off, which resulted in disgruntled employees and lower overall pay potential.

Good video onboarding. Extremely cut throat environment. Have to play the game to survive. There is favoritism. Stay quiet and low maintenance.

In my experience I love working with people at my company, there is a path to promote up but it just doesn't seem worth it. Work more hours as you go up, most people who work here agree the pay sucks. Keep getting pressured to sell more even when it is a slow time of year.
