Company doesn’t know what the hell it’s doing. Positively *hemorrhaging* top talent and struggling employees alike. Appointment setting system is first come first serve with the AE’s that are available and the fact that they keep hiring and firing people in the sales department never helps. Most SDR’s get put on a PIP right after onboarding, which lowers your quota but restricts you from taking any time off. Leads are garbage, most numbers are out of service or out of date and the company sees no reason to change that. Leadership is sarcastic, passive aggressive, and out of touch with their sales team and their actual addressable market. This company plays to lose, and getting fired was the best thing that ever happened to me.

my overall experience was okay at best, lackluster training, poor management, lack of actual sales insight, & unfocused organizational goals led to what feels like an environment where your success is only attributed to your own efforts & skills. A lot of questions to ask, but not a lot of people with the right answer.
