My overall experience has been good. My colleagues are great to work with, and the culture is somewhat good. However, upper management does not care about employees' financial well-being. They are too busy focusing on selling the company and making a profit for themselves.

Lack of growth throughout the company. Lots of tenure employees here who haven't been promoted yet. Which is not a good sign.

Led by a good CEO. However, new leadership has diminished company culture and morale through multiple layoffs and the continuous threat of more to come. Turnover has been extremely high as a result. Compensation is incredibly low compared to industry norm.
