They are 3 months late on commission. I feel little to no support from my manager. Some leadership are absolutely stellar but not who I report to.

Inbounds are weak. 2) Leadership takes all feedback personally and will punish you for trying to contribute to anything outside of the immediate scope of your role. 3) Office is a politically correct environment.
