Positives:
1) It's a call center environment: 50 calls a day. Inbounds are weak.
2) Leadership takes all feedback personally and will punish you for trying to contribute to anything outside of the immediate scope of your role.
3) Office is a politically correct environment. Anyone that has a problem or felt slighted with something you did or said will not try to solve it, but will immediately report you to HR.
4) Culture is strange. Lack transparency. Sales people that know the right people can break rules with impunity - but if you aren't childhood friends with leadership you're always on hot seat. Silo'd even when in same office: "You're not allowed to speak to that person" "Why are you talking with them?"
5) CEO has huge ego.
6) Sales Managers are wholly unqualified, teach nothing, and act like god's gift to humanity. It's a top-down, command-control environment. "Just read the script". My manager sat on 1 call with me, wouldn't let me speak, and prospect was swearing at him by the end.
7) Sales Bros
Good things:
1) They serve lunch a few days a week.
2) Nice, modern offices.
