Can sometimes feel like a ship without a rudder. Regularly pivoting sales team to different products. Makes it difficult to build a consistent pipeline and become well versed in the product/workflows/pains and benefits of your own offering. Plenty of autonomy in the role however that also means you're regularly on your own in terms of development or help.

The company is a start up, so there’s no brand recognition yet, and there has been no marketing team until they inherited one just recently from a recent merger.
