Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is a start up, so there’s no brand recognition yet, and there has been no marketing team until they inherited one just recently from a recent merger. So it’s 100% outbound calling all day, every day. You have to qualify each week to get sets from SDRs, and very few are even actually qualifying. If there is a miraculous inbound lead, it is only given to anyone who hit quota the quarter prior. Sales Managers are young and don’t seem to know what they are doing to motivate or help their teams. People have been put on PIP or fired after only one quarter. They are growing right now, which provides for a good opportunity for you to move up if you’re part of the 20% or less that actually hit your quota, and the rest typically aren’t coming close. Their RCM product is good compared to the little we have seen from competitors, but there isn’t much organized training to try and get their sales people to become subject matter experts. Base compensation is decent but depends on which level of AE you come in at. Browse Other Reviews
