Our "head of sales" lacked any tech sales background, previously working in gym membership sales. Meetings often involved harsh criticisms, including profanity, towards the sales team. A notable instance was the speech encouraging reps to "f****** leave" if they weren't committed enough after a perceived underwhelming phone dialing session on the open sales floor.
Regarding the RCM product, development was hurried, with a significant portion of development efforts outsourced to India. The team had limited knowledge of the product during its implementation phase.
