Makes it difficult to build a consistent pipeline and become well versed in the product/workflows/pains and benefits of your own offering. Plenty of autonomy in the role however that also means you're regularly on your own in terms of development or help.

Current Employee2.9Nov 5, 2024So many reps have been let go during the time I’ve been here, it’s been a constant churn and change to what product I’ve sold and how we get paid. They are 3 months late on commission. I feel little to no support from my manager. Some leadership are absolutely stellar but not who I report to.
