Nobody hitting Quota, managers closing deals with no rep involvement, no real training to speak of. There’s no marketing support- 100% of leads are self sourced. Hiring sellers with no experience, basically field SDRs. Management has no sales leadership experience- they don’t know how to coach, so they just come in and take over deals. Demoralizing culture, which is a shame because the products are great.

The company is a start up, so there’s no brand recognition yet, and there has been no marketing team until they inherited one just recently from a recent merger.
