Awesome people. Some real growing pains but steady improvement. Lots of constant changes and young, inexperienced but smart people in leadership roles. People work hard. Excellent enablement and everything else is trying to catch up. Processes and systems being put into place to help expedite sales success.

Not great experience. Positives: 1) It's a call center environment: 50 calls a day. Inbounds are weak. 2) Leadership takes all feedback personally and will punish you for trying to contribute to anything outside of the immediate scope of your role. 3) Office is a politically correct environment.
