They're a culturally terrific place, full of wonderful people. Customers love the product and their interactions with the business. Your income as a rep is limited only by how much money the market will bear to spend on these kinds of products, which are not mission critical. If you don't need to make bank and can live off primarily salary, I'd suggest giving them a look.

Do not work here very toxic no career growth only if you are dedicated and commit yourself fully to the company you may be able to promote
