Current Employee The distributor structure behind arthrex leads to lower quality and higher cost for employees benefits as employment comes from a smaller local company (distributor). Also, this model in turn leads to a lower rep commission percentage as there is a high number of “managers” and “directors”, as compared to other companies where you are directly employed by the “parent company”. This leads to Arthrex’s number one customer being Arthrex since they sell their products to each distributorship and each distributorship then sells the products to the hospital, ASC, or clinic.
