Also, this model in turn leads to a lower rep commission percentage as there is a high number of “managers” and “directors”, as compared to other companies where you are directly employed by the “parent company”. This leads to Arthrex’s number one customer being Arthrex since they sell their products to each distributorship and each distributorship then sells the products to the hospital, ASC, or clinic.
