Ambitious company with lofty goals. The products are sexy but a lot is still on the roadmap. Certain sales verticales have product market fit while others don’t. Training doesn’t exist. Many products are still in alpha or beta and there’s a lack of customer success stories.

I think they have a lot of amazing people. The remote first model is fantastic but they BDR org as whole is not thriving. A lot of layoffs recently. Curious to see how things are handled.

Best to skip this one. A lot of cool new perks that they added to improve the culture but not enough to make it worth your while. They pay a high base and OTE but it is near impossible to hit your number.
