The company could benefit from consultants in getting them on track with everything from culture, leadership, branding, marketing, and sales. They have lofty goals when in fact they have many products not ready for market

Ambitious company with lofty goals. The products are sexy but a lot is still on the roadmap. Certain sales verticales have product market fit while others don’t. Training doesn’t exist. Many products are still in alpha or beta and there’s a lack of customer success stories.

Best to skip this one. A lot of cool new perks that they added to improve the culture but not enough to make it worth your while. They pay a high base and OTE but it is near impossible to hit your number.

I think they have a lot of amazing people. The remote first model is fantastic but they BDR org as whole is not thriving. A lot of layoffs recently. Curious to see how things are handled.

Great product/market fit, but recent reduction in force on prod/eng side will make it challenging to deliver on required product enhancements to reach our vertical's TAM.
