Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I left after 3 months due to issues with their culture. Reps and my Manager were ok to miss their number and blamed it on market conditions and the experience of the reps. In addition there were poor business practices, side letters and swapping out Partners on certain deals where the AE had a better relationship with their preferred Partner. There was no sense of urgency. Finally from a cultural perspective, they played hard and it would often become messy with Partners and customers.
