Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It seems like Arbitech is always in one crisis after another, never achieving efficiency or normal operations, just plugging leaks in the floodgate. You will be doing a million non-sales activities every day, asking everybody to do their jobs constantly. Shipping, receiving, inventory, accounting, purchasing - NOTHING gets done unless you follow up 10x, there is no accountability. If you come from a VERY hands-on, roll up your sleeves environment and are not frustrated by having to DIY everything, Arbitech could be a decent fit for you as a sales rep. The commission rate is good and people who know the game are able to make 200k - 400k. But if you are used to respectable, organized companies that plan effectively, you will LOSE YOUR MIND at Arbitech. Nothing makes sense here and nobody takes responsibility for anything.
