Arbitech is run in a very disorganized fashion. There is no organization chart and employee infighting is fairly common. Potential compensation is high, but internal issues hamper sales roles at every step.

It seems like Arbitech is always in one crisis after another, never achieving efficiency or normal operations, just plugging leaks in the floodgate. You will be doing a million non-sales activities every day, asking everybody to do their jobs constantly.
