Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked at Aqua for about 3+ years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here, great opportunity, great leadership and you get to work on some great deals. That being said the product has struggled, there is a running joke our customers hate us, its sort of true. Meanwhile Wiz has seemingly won the CNAPP war and eaten our lunch while they did it. I've seen 3-4 layoffs and the Regional Account Manager (RAM) position has so much turnover its crazy, I cant tell you the number of RAMs I have seen come and go and close nothing in 12 months time. New CRO is really shaking things up, entire west team was replaced, all his buddies are in management. By the time I left there was nobody still standing who I started with. Aqua had potentional but I'm not confident they will execute in Wiz's shadow.
