Back to ReviewsFormer Employee my experience was primarily shaped by the supervisor we had at the time who, prior to being manager, also used to be an SDR at the org - but they had never hit quota. none of the current reps had hit quota before (except one rep for 1 or 2 month) so without a peer/mentor to look up to for coaching + advice for creating *predictable* and *consistent* pipeline, it was a challenging and sometimes lonely ride - but i still learned important lessons and had a window of opportunity to develop/test new messaging. unfortunately when covid hit, there was pressure to stick to templates bc of the economic uncertainty, so we lost most of our autonomy to be creative and try something new if the status quo wasn't working. however, i'm hopeful that the org will grow/recruit more sales leaders and revamp the sales culture there!
